IX is committed to providing the very best equipment and software to protect your website data and settings. Recently we’ve experienced some less than ideal performance in some of the systems that your account resides on. Therefore, we must take our systems offline temporarily in order to resolve these performance issues. On October 29th, from 12:00am to 4:00am EDT, we will be taking down the systems that your account resides on for maintenance. You will not need to do anything before or after this maintenance period, although we always encourage customers to routinely create backups of their sites.

Scheduled Shared Hosting Maintenance – CP9, CP10, and CP11 – October 29th
Incident Description:Recently we’ve experienced some performance issues on some of our servers. Therefore, on Saturday morning, October 29th, from 12:01AM to 4:00AM EDT, we will be taking down control panels 9, 10, and 11 for some general maintenance, including adding hardware, updating firmware, and replacing old components with new ones. This effort will be an attempt to boost server performance and reliability.

Web content, database and email service will be offline during the hours of maintenance (12:01AM to 4:00AM EDT)
